has named
Bob
Hutchinson
as its
aftermarket vice pres-
ident. Hutchinson will
be responsible for
the ongoing develop-
ment, management
and growth of the company’s aftermar-
ket business, including sales of Genuine
Waukesha Parts, product training and
service. Hutchinson spent 20 years with
Cummins Inc., with his most recent posi-
tion as the company’s vice president and
general manager of parts and service. He
was also a Cummins plant manager, gen-
eral manager of remanufacturing and had
various roles in the company’s aftermarket
support. He began his career as a plant
engineer at General Motors after graduat-
ing from the General Motors Institute with a
degree in industrial engineering.
Teske Elected Chairman At
Briggs & Stratton

company effective
upon conclusion
of the 2010 annual meeting of share-
holders scheduled for October. Teske,
who is currently president, CEO and a
director of the company, succeeds
John
S. Shiely
, who will be retiring as chair-
man and a director. Teske’s new title
will be chairman, president and CEO.
Humphrey will serve as a member of the
class of directors, whose terms of office
expire in 2012, filling the vacancy cre-
ated by Shiely’s retirement. Humphrey is
chairman and CEO of Andersen Corp.,
a privately owned business that is one of

North America’s largest window and door
manufacturers.
Cummins Names New VP Of
Latin American Business
Cummins announced that it has named
Luis Pasquotto
to be vice president of the
company’s Latin American Business. The
appointment, which was effective Aug. 1,
means that Pasquotto is now a corporate
officer. Pasquotto will oversee the Engine
Business across Latin America in his new
role. In addition, he will lead Cummins’
overall business in the region as president
of the Latin America Leadership Council.
In this capacity, he will also be respon-
sible for the company’s business strategy
as well as for improving the collaboration
and execution across all four of Cummins’
business units — EBU, Distribution, Power
Generation and Components. Pasquotto
joined Cummins in 1992 and has held lead-
ership positions within the EBU in Brazil,
one of the company’s key growth markets.
