LED Filter Indicator Displays
Engineered
Products Co.
has introduced
a panel and
dash display
capable of read-
ing sensor out-
put voltage to
help determine
filter restriction
or other con-
ditions being
monitored by a
sensor. As volt-
age increases, a light bar progressively illuminates until reach-
ing maximum condition or full illumination of the light bar. The
unit has memory that allows it to recall the highest condition
even if power is turned off, the company said. The last LED
flashes when the maximum condition is reached. The display
can be adjusted to off, dim and bright settings. It can be reset
to zero by pushing the reset button. The display will accept 6
to 30 V input, and it can provide sensors with a regulated 5 V
signal. It is available in square and round versions.

Miniature Slide Switches
C&K Components, an international supplier of tact, toggle, rocker
and pushbutton switches and smart card interconnect devices,
has expanded its family of miniature slide switches with the low-
profile JSM0001 sub-miniature slide switch. Measuring 0.10 by
0.29 in., the surface-mount switch provides SPDT momentary
action and is designed for applications where height or surface
area is restricted, such as on/off touchscreens, handheld games,
remote controls and instrumentation, the company said. All JSM
Series switches feature positive detents, IR reflow to 260° solder
profile and maintained and momentary functions. The JSM0001
has a contact rating of 10 mA at 5 Vdc, with a lifespan of 100,000
cycles. It is also RoHS compliant, the company said.

MOVE IT WHEREVER YOU LIKE AND IT REMEMBERS WHAT TO DO.
OUR POWERFUL SOLUTIONS WILL HELP YOU MAKE THE SWITCH.
Relocating a rocker switch in a typical switch panel is
usually not an easy move, the end result often being a
complicated harness redesign and some hefty added cost.
At Carling, we’ve made the move a lot simpler, faster
and much more affordable. Introducing our N-Series
Addressable Rocker Switches. The N-Series offers the
look and feel of a traditional electro-mechanical
switch combined with a built in PCB – providing you
with a flexible, cost-effective alternative to a CAN/LIN
based switch. The N-Series produces up to 144
individual switch IDs by using a resistive ladder circuit,
allowing for quick changes of resistor values to
individual loads. So switch to the N-Series by Carling.
You’ll love the move!
