CREATING THE “ULTIMATE
MACK EXPERIENCE”
Company’s new customer center includes modification facility and test track
Mack Trucks Inc. has set up the new Mack Customer Center in Allentown, Pa.
The new 159,000 sq.ft. facility is dedicated to providing what Mack calls the
“ultimate Mack experience” for truck
dealers and customers.
“The Mack Customer Center is an
important new tool for the company,”
said Mike Reardon, Mack vice presi-
dent, marketing. “It gives us a power-
ful way to immerse customers from
North America and around the world
in the products, history and culture of
the Mack brand.”
Situated on 65 acres just 20 min-
utes from Mack’s Macungie, Pa., pro-
duction facility, the new facility is a
transformation of Mack’s former engi-
neering development and test center.
