MOBILE HYDRAULICS
Sauer-Danfoss has added a new 160 cc bent axis variable displacement hydraulic motor
to its H1 family, allowing the company to now offer a complete H1 electronically controlled
transmission system.
Sauer-Danfoss Adds
Bent Axis Motor To
H1 Family
Sauer-Danfoss has released its new H1 160 cc bent axis motor, the next size in a
series of motors designed to complement the growing range of H1 axial
piston pumps. With the introduction of H1 bent axis motors, Sauer-Danfoss said it now offers a complete
H1 transmission system, optimized
around electrical control.
Typical applications for the new
motor are rough terrain forklifts, combines, sprayers, road rollers, wheel
loaders and roadbuilding equipment.
Sauer-Danfoss said the new H1
bent axis variable displacement
motors have been optimized for electrical control, and are fully Plus+ 1
compliant, enabling integration with
Sauer-Danfoss’ electronic machine
control architecture. With the off-highway environments such as those
in the applications listed above, the
electrical controls are designed with
an IP67 and IP69K rating.
The design of the H1 160 cc bent
axis motor is an evolution of proven
technologies, said Branko Horvat,
director product marketing, centered
on a high displacement ratio of 32°,
with zero-degree capability and high-
er overall efficiency.
