EATON: Eaton Corp. announced
two marketing additions to its Vehicle
and Truck North America groups. Jim
Sahli has been named to the new posi-
tion of director – global field sales and
marketing, effective April 1. In his new
role, Sahli will report directly to John
Coll, vice president – global marketing
for Eaton. Sahli joined Eaton’s Truck
Components Business in 1979 and
has held numerous sales and market-
ing leadership positions. Also at Eaton,
Mandar Dighe has been named director
of field sales and marketing for Truck
North America, effective April 1. In his
new role, Dighe will report directly to Tim
Sinden, president, Truck North America.
Dighe joined Eaton in 1998 as a participant in the Operations Management
Development Program. In addition to his
recent role as manager, market development and product planning for the
Light Duty/Off Highway Transmissions
business, Dighe served as integration
manager for Eaton’s Fuel Emissions and
Safety Controls business; plant manager
of Eaton’s Athens, Ga., supercharger
facility; and product strategy manager for
Eaton’s Air Induction and Cylinder Head
Systems business.
MTS SENSORS NORTH AMERICAN:
MTS Sensors North American has named
Haubold “Hub” vom Berg as techni-
cal marketing manager for the mobile
hydraulics industry. Prior to joining MTS
Systems Corp., Sensors Division, vom
Berg served as the electronics division
manager for Hydac Technology Inc. in
Pennsylvania. He has held similar posi-
tions with companies such as Controlteck
International and Texas Instruments
Sensors & Controls, where he developed
and oversaw marketing strategies for a
variety of sensor products.
Jorgensen To Run Sauer-Danfoss Work Function Division
Sauer-Danfoss Inc. has promoted
Helge Jorgensen as its executive vice
president and president – Work Function
Division. He also became a member of
the Sauer-Danfoss Leadership Team,
effective May 1. He will lead all Work
Function activities for the company
and continue in his role as managing
director for Sauer-Danfoss in Denmark.
Jorgensen will continue to be based
in Nordborg, Denmark. Jorgensen has
been with Sauer-Danfoss for 25 years,
most recently serving as vice president,
Work Function. Prior to that, he was a
member of the Valves leadership team
for 12 years.
