3000 rpm and is 17. 5 in. high with the
cylinders inclined 15° from horizontal.
This engine is being targeted for new
and current military applications.
The company also said it is planning to launch two, 4. 5 L four-cylinder
diesel engines. The 275WT/WTA turbocharged engine models target the
power generation markets and have
power outputs of 74 and 100 hp at
1500/1800 rpm. Both basic engines
are delivered with 12V electrics,
mounted air filter, cooling system and
flex exhaust connection. The next
step will be two 3. 4 L, three-cylinder
diesel engines, Greaves Farymann
said.
These engines currently meet Euro
Stage 2 regulations without the use of
electronic fuel injection and external
exhaust aftertreatment, the company
said. Farymann North America is
currently targeting generator packagers for export sales outside of North
America.
