The LS- 5 circuit breaker controller was designed for use with Woodward’s
eas Ygen-3400 and -3500 series genset controllers, providing synchronization,
mains decoupling protection, transformer vector-correction and soft load/un-load across utility and tie breakers on up to 32 bus segments.
Available in door, back-panel or DIN-rail mounted configurations, up to 16
LS- 5’s can communicate with 32 eas Ygens over a single CAN communication
line, greatly reducing point-to-point wiring in complex systems. Discrete inputs
and Modbus communication provide remote control and annunciation, allowing the LS- 5 to function autonomously from the eas Ygen in PLC-based systems.
