David Woolley, head of Haldex
Hydraulic Systems in Europe, has
been chosen to succeed Ian Dugan
as president and chief executive officer of Concentric AB, a company spun
out from the former Haldex Hydraulic
Systems Division. Dugan announced
earlier this year that he would leave
the company when a successor had
been appointed.
Woolley joined Concentric in 2002 as a member of the
group’s management team, and has served as head of
engine pump operations in the U.K. He also has 12 years’
experience in the automotive sector, including Serck Heat
Transfer, where he was a member of the buyout team and,
subsequently, Alstom and Honeywell, where he worked in
general management roles.

Judge, who joined
the company in
2001, previously
served as the
company’s director of sales and
marketing. He replaced Rick Robinson, who retired after 23
years with the company.
T. Liaboe T. Judge
Trond Liaboe assumed Judge’s former position as
director of sales and marketing. Liaboe, who’s been with
Hotstart since 2002, previously served as the company’s
international market manager.
PALMER JOHNSON: Palmer Johnson Power Systems
has promoted Mike Kopetsky to branch manager of the
company’s Kansas City branch. Kopetsky, who had been
service manager, will take over the responsibilities previously held by Steve Sorg, who recently transferred to manage Palmer Johnson’s Arizona location. Kopetsky began his
career with Palmer Johnson in 1995 as a service technician.
Palmer Johnson Power Systems specializes in servicing and
supplying components for heavy-duty, off-highway transmissions and axles and is an authorized distributor and service
center for a number of manufacturers including Twin Disc,
ZF, Carraro, Funk, Axle Tech, Eaton Airflex and Durst.
