engine damage. The
kit’s compact, inline
butterfly valve is acti-
vated by a heavy-duty
electrical solenoid to
shut down an engine within seconds, the company said. A
locking lever prevents accidental closures from vibration, while
a bead boot-lock design keeps rubber boots securely in place
under high boost pressures. The kit features aluminum and
stainless components as well as waterproof electrical connec-
tors for corrosion resistance. The kit is available for 3 in. and 4
in. post-turbo engine intake.

its voltage regulator,
the CVR63-4R, which
is designed for shunt
excited alternators
with a 63 V 4 Amp
field, as well as 50 or
60 Hz brushless alter-
nators. The regulator
is compact, rugged and incorporates technology with under-
frequency compensation, automatic voltage build-up and EMI
filtering, the company said. The CVR63-4R is CSA, UL, CE and
RoHS compliant and features fast response and over-voltage
protection, according to the company.
