Instructor Appreciation Awards
EGSA Programs & Services
The EGSA On-Site Power School Instructor Appreciation Program recognizes the contributions of those instructors—and
their employers—who have devoted time and effort and taught in the school for at least five years. A total of four instructors
were recognized this year. The three instructors pictured below were recognized at the 2010 Annual Spring Convention;
instructor Bill Day, who could not attend the event, received a plaque in recognition of his five years of service.
Leo LeBlanc of Methane Power Inc. was recognized for his five years of
service to EGSA’s On-Site Power Schools.
Todd Lathrop of Eaton Corporation was recognized for his five years of
service to EGSA’s On-Site Power Schools.
Herb Daugherty, formerly of ASCO Power Technologies, was recognized
for his 25 years of service to EGSA’s On-Site Power Schools.
Member Recognition
The President’s Award
Established in 2009, The President’s Award is given on an as-needed basis to honor an individual who has volunteered his time and
energy to the betterment of the Association and the industry through a specific project or endeavor. This “Above and Beyond
the Call” award is only given to those individuals who have provided exceptional service and dedication in carrying a single project
from its inception to its launch.
